This page says what CoBrain (operated by Tiny Galaxy LLC, run by Ross Deutsch) actually collects and does with it, in plain language.

What we collect

We run no analytics scripts, no tracking pixels, and set no cookies on this site.

What we do with your email

One email when doors open, and occasional product updates. That's the promise on the form and it's the whole use. We never sell or rent your address, and we never share it except with the service providers below who store and send email for us. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

Who processes it

Setup calls: a person is on the call

CoBrain is installed done-with-you. Your brain is built on your own machine and your files are never sent to us. What's different about a setup call is simple: for that hour, a person is watching the screen while you work. That's real, and we'd rather name it than let you find out mid-session.

So here is exactly how those calls are run, every time.

What your CoBrain will and won't tell you

Your CoBrain only holds what you give it. You choose what goes in, and which of your tools it ever connects to. If what you give it includes health, tax, or legal material, it will have opinions about all three. Here is the line it's built to hold, written into the constitution that every CoBrain runs on: it prepares the professional, it does not replace them.

On anything medical, legal, or tax, your CoBrain gives you the organized picture, meaning what's known, what's missing, and what's due when. The questions worth asking, written so you can hand them to your own doctor, lawyer, or accountant. And a flag when something looks time sensitive or wrong.

What it won't give you: a diagnosis, a legal position, a tax position, or a filing. It won't hand you a number as settled when that number came from an inference rather than a document. And it won't tell you to act on something a licensed person should be deciding.

That's a feature, not a hedge. Most people don't have trouble getting opinions. They have trouble walking into an expensive appointment prepared, and end up paying for an hour of someone getting oriented. A brain that arrives with the picture organized and the right questions ready is worth more than one that guesses at the answer, and it's the honest version.

It's enforced where it matters: any skill that touches money, health, legal, or tax carries this rule in its own hard rules.

Your rights

Email us and we'll tell you what we hold about you (it's your email address), correct it, or delete it entirely. Depending on where you live you may have additional legal rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA); we honor reasonable requests from anyone, anywhere, without making you cite a statute.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes here with a new date. We won't quietly expand what we collect.
